Rules and Etiquette

Course Etiquette

• All other park users have the right of way
• Take everything you bring on the course off of the course
• Wait for groups ahead to complete the hole before you begin
• Player with the lowest score on previous hole tees off first
• After teeing off, player furthest away from basket throws first
• No altering of trees or other obstacles on the course
• Respect the course, including grounds, baskets, signs...etc.
• Pick up after your dog.

Course Rules

• # 1 rule of Disc Golf: Have Fun!!!
• All 18 holes at LRDGC are Par 3
• Out Of Bounds are as follows:
  • On top of or across the dyke
  • On or across road
  • On or across park paths (they define most fairways)
  • Horseshoe pit and Baseball diamonds

• In case of O.B., throw from last place disc was seen inbounds
• Mandatories are as follows:
  • Hole 9 and Hole 10, must throw between arrows
  • If your disc fails to go through the arrows,
    take a penalty stroke and throw from arrows
• All of these rules must be followed to attain course record
